reviewing all documents that are submitted to and received from the

Ongoing

with any problems that may arise.
- Monitoring
the utilization of the program by reviewing and reporting on the claims
experience on a quarterly basis.
- If regular
monitoring of the experience indicates deterioration, we have three
levels of claims control programs.

and negotiating the renewal with the insurance company to ensure the
carrier is adhering to projections.
